At Dpointed, we strive to provide high-quality digital services and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be granted.

1. Digital Services

Because our services are digital and require time, expertise, and resources, refunds are limited.
Refunds may be issued only if:

  • The project has not yet started, or
  • The client cancels within 24 hours of payment.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Work has already begun on the project.
  • The client changes requirements after the project starts.
  • Delays occur due to the client not providing required materials or information.
  • The service has been fully delivered.

 

3. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued depending on the stage of the project and work already completed.

4. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with any service, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue before opening a dispute.
